Step it Up Inc. has been involved in a number of charitable endeavors.
The fund's focus is providing shoes and socks to needy children in the St Louis metro area. Through its partnership with Head Start, the fund makes monthly visits to facilities in the St. Louis area. Its volunteers personally fit the students with new shoes and socks to make sure the students have footwear that fits properly.
